- Prepare and mail all US/UPS/FedEx packages.
- Pick up, sort and deliver mail to the appropriate parties.
- Scanning and emailing documentation requested.
- Oversee all aspects of office supplies and provisions for the break room and ordering when necessary.
- Assisting the Operations Manager with projects, research and any other tasks delegated.
- Running errands for agency Principal and CEO as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Proficient Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.)
- Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both verbally and in writing with a pleasant telephone manner.
- Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy.
- Positive, friendly attitude.
