Worthy Wednesday ~ New Year’s Resolutions

Worthy's New Year's Resolutions

2020 was a whirlwind of emotions and chaos for all of us.  2021 is right around the corner, and I believe we would all like to start out the new year on a good foot.  It’s said that goals are a great way to drive yourself to accomplish something.  Even more so than goals, timely, attainable goals such as New Year’s Resolutions.  Here at Worthy, we love to hold each other accountable.  That’s why we have shared our New Year’s Resolutions with each other to help hold one another to our goals!  Here are our New Year’s Resolutions for 2021.

Halima: Working out! It’s the same resolution every year. Hoping this year, it sticks!

Claire: Be better about taking my vitamins and read a new book every month.

Taylor: 2021 will be the year I learn to budget. (I hope.) But also, a more philosophical resolution I’m making is to practice gratitude daily. Because I’m sure thankful 2020 is coming to an end.

Nadine: My NY resolution is to work on wellness and life balance – physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual. And keep improving my foreign language skills – English and Spanish.

Andy: Focus on being more healthy- diet, exercise, meditate

Jon: Daily walks with the family and less late nights on TikTok

Amy: My New Year’s resolution is to focus more on the good things in life, and not the negative – to let go of things I can’t control!

Jason: Create an additional stream of income, be a better friend to myself by focusing more on my physical, mental and spiritual health, continue learning Spanish, complete Account Manager career path, earn a designation, begin learning to play the piano, and stress less about the things I cannot control.

HinaSpend more time with family. Learn something new each day. Become more confident and be more conscientious and stay positive.

Fred: Focus on building healthier habits and always striving to be a better husband, father, son, and brother. Identify smaller daily goals to keep myself focused, confident, and moving forward!

Lani: Reduce my processed sugar intake and stick to my shopping list at Target

Kaylee: My resolution is to focus more on my physical and mental health, read more books, get rid of clutter, and be accepting that everything happens for a reason

Ryan: Spending more time reading
