Pauline Kochou is a claims advocate for Worthy Insurance. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Chicago in Communication. She started her career in insurance as an insurance claims investigator where she handled a variety of investigations mainly pertaining to liability and workers’ compensation.  

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing with her many nieces and nephews, and planning for her wedding next year!
