Katie has been Director of Finance for Worthy since 2022. Prior to that, Katie was the Agency’s Director of Operations. Katie has been instrumental in Worthy’s growth, developing training programs along with setting the agency’s operational policies and procedures and Service Standards.

Katie joined Worthy and entered the insurance industry for the first time in her career. Having spent over five years personally managing ten franchise locations for a large corporation, Katie immediately thrived in the role of director of operations.

In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with her growing family and traveling throughout the country.
