Halima Cegur is the director of human resources at Worthy Insurance. She comes to Worthy with over 20 years of experience in leadership, training, and development. Upon hire, Halima was tasked with establishing the human resources department that she has grown into an organized and flourishing program. Specializing in recruitment and onboarding, Halima has an emphasis on expanding the Worthy team and retaining the lively and friendly culture that makes Worthy so unique.

She is a North Park University graduate, earning her degree in organizational leadership and management. Married with two kids, Halima enjoys spending time with her friends and family and often visits her hometown of Duluth, MN—only in the summer, of course. In her free time, you can catch Halima organizing and attending local charity events, traveling, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
