David is an Account Manager at Worthy. He has been in the insurance industry for 26 years. He attended Western Michigan University with a bachelor degree in Public Administration.

Started in underwriting, then specialized in marketing large property accounts as a wholesaler. The bulk of his career has been spent in the public entity /non- profit insurance niche, which tied him back into his education. For 13 years, David worked at Arthur J Gallagher & Co. in the public entity division. While there he managed a variety of different public entity accounts. Most notably he has worked with county governments and local government in the region. A short list included County of Peoria, Mclean County, City of Joliet, City of Peoria, City of Lexington, Mason City, Peoria Sanitary District. Many accounts of his were managed for his entire tenure at AJG and boasted a 95% retention rate.

David moved away from the large corporate world and has been instrumental in starting up the public entity practices at Worthy.
