Cassie joined Worthy Insurance in 2023 as a Broker Assistant. Prior to that, she was a Service Delivery Manager and Learning and Development Manager from the world of IT Managed Services. Worthy’s mission to provide mindful, white glove customer service while educating and empowering their clients made the transition into insurance an easy one. Cassie specializes in the delicate art of communication, empathetic handling of service issues, and resourceful problem-solving – she is eager to make every client’s interaction with Worthy a fulfilling and productive engagement.  

In her spare time, when she isn’t tending to her four orange tabbies, she enjoys taking weekend trips to the surrounding states, playing video games, and painting.
